Terms of Service
These terms apply to reservations made with Galaxy Limo for chauffeured transportation in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
Bookings and quotes
A quote is an estimate based on the trip details you provide. A reservation is confirmed once we accept it and confirm the vehicle, date and time with you. Changes to the route, duration or passenger count may change the price.
Cancellations and changes
Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change so we can adjust or release the vehicle. Cancellation terms for your specific booking are confirmed at the time of reservation.
Passenger conduct
Passengers must not damage the vehicle, and applicable laws regarding alcohol and smoking must be followed at all times. Chauffeurs may end a trip where behaviour is unsafe.
Delays and liability
We plan routes carefully and monitor flights where relevant, but we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures or other events outside our control.
Lost property
Items left in a vehicle are held for collection where possible. Contact us at (416) 896-5466 or info@galaxylimo.ca as soon as you notice something is missing.
